Question 1: I have put my 21 Diamonds bottle in the freezer for two hours and the code still hasn’t appeared. What should I do?
: Try putting the bottle in the freezer for a further hour or two and the code should appear. If you’re still having issues then please contact consumercare.GBandIreland@diageo.com

Question 2: The code on the collar disappeared too quickly for me to enter. What should I do?
: Try putting the collar in the freezer again for a couple of minutes and take a picture/note down the code in the freezer or as soon as you take it out the freezer. If you’re still having issues then please contact consumercare.GBandIreland@diageo.com

Question 3: Where are the diamonds sourced? Are they sourced responsibly? How can I be sure they are of good quality?
Answer: The GIA certified diamonds are sourced from all around the world. The diamonds are mined in the following countries: Canada, Russia, Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Brazil, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. The diamonds are then sent to GIA laboratories in New York, Mumbai, London or Hong Kong to be cut and graded.
Each diamond will come with a GIA certificate with a unique code laser inscribed on the girdle of the diamond linking to the certificate that can’t be reproduced. GIA certificate fully supports the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme and upholds its principles of responsible Diamond Sourcing. All GIA diamonds are ethically sourced and are conflict free. Each of the stones won will also come with an insurance valuation stating the value of the stone and the GIA certificate which includes a full assessment of the 4Cs – Colour, Clarity, Cut, and Carat Weight.
Question 4: What is the Kimberlly Process Certification Scheme?
Answer: The Kimberley Process is an international certification scheme that regulates trade in rough diamonds as it aims to prevent the flow of conflict diamonds.
Question 5: Where can I find my 8-digit entry code?
Answer: The 8-digit code can be found on the reverse of the promotional neck collar or on the front-right side of the promotional bottle wrap. The 8-digit codes will only be revealed by placing the promotional bottle in the freezer for 2 hours or promotional neck collar for 5 minutes in at least at -5°C to reveal the 8-digit code.
Question 6: My bottle/collar is damaged and I can’t see the code. Can I still enter?
Question 7: Which products are included in the promotion?
Answer: 70cl Smirnoff No.21 Vodka promotional bottles only. The liquid has not changed.
Question 8: I am not in GB. Can I still enter?
Answer: Unfortunately, the promotion is open to residents of Great Britain Only.
Question 9: What prizes are available to be won?
Answer: There are 21 diamonds to be won, worth an estimated retail value of £4,000 per diamond. All 21 prizes will be awarded, if all of the 21 diamonds are not found within the Promotional Period any remaining prizes will be placed into a Final Draw and will take place on the 19th January 2022.

Question 11: How long is the promotion running for?
Answer: The promotion will run from 00.00 on 15.08.21 until 23.59 on 31.12.21. Entries outside of these dates and times will not be accepted.
Question 12: What is the promotion?
: To enter participants must:
- Purchase a 70cl Smirnoff No.21 Vodka promotional bottle with a wrap or with a promotional neck collar within a participating store, whilst stocks last.
- Place your promotional bottle in the freezer for 2 hours or promotional neck collar for 5 minutes in at least at -5°C to reveal your 8-digit promotional code. Visit www.Smirnoff.com/21diamonds or scan QR code on the promotional Smirnoff bottle or neck collar to enter. Enter the 8-digit code printed on the reverse inside of the promotional neck collar or on the front-right side of the promotional bottle with a wrap and your email address to find out instantly if you have won a diamond.
- Winners will then be asked to fill in a claim form where they will be required to provide their full name and address including postcode, mobile phone number, country of residence and also upload a copy of their original itemised till receipt showing purchase of the promotional bottle within the Promotional Period. Winners will be asked to securely post in their original promotional neck collar or promotional bottle wrap and original dated till receipt to the promoter’s agents address for verification. Question 13: Which products are included in the promotion?
Answer: 70cl Smirnoff No.21 Vodka promotional bottles only.
Question 14: Do all Smirnoff bottles allow me to enter this promotion?
Answer: No, this promotion can only be entered by using an entry code found on your purchased 70cl promotional Smirnoff 21 bottle which features a promotional bottle wrap or neck collar.
Question 15: How often can I enter and how many times could I win?
Answer: The Promotion is open between 00:01 on 15th August 2021 and 23:59 on 31st December 2021. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion. Maximum of one entry per email address per person per day and a maximum of 4 entries per email address per person in total throughout the promotional period. Prizes are limited to one per household and each person can use only one email address to enter.
Question 16: Do I have to purchase a bottle of Smirnoff 21 to enter?
: Yes, purchase a promotional 70cl Smirnoff No.21 Vodka bottle or featuring a neck collar. A freezer and internet access is also required to enter. Once you have purchased a promotional bottle with a promotional bottle wrap or neck collar, place the promotional bottle in the freezer for 2 hours or promotional neck collar for 5 minutes in at least at -5°C to reveal the 8-digit code. Question 17: How old do I have to be to enter?
Answer: You must be 18 or older to enter this promotion.
Question 18: How are winners notified?
Answer: If you are a winner you will be notified instantly on screen and must complete the form to claim your prize. The 8-digit codes will only be revealed by placing the promotional bottle in the freezer for 2 hours or promotional neck collar for 5 minutes in at least at -5°C. Once frozen the 8-digit code will be visible.
Question 19: Do I need to keep hold of my promotional neck collar or bottle wrap?
Answer: Yes, keep your promotional bottle with a wrap or with a neck collar along with your original dated itemised till receipts as they must be retained for claim and verification purposes.
Question 20: I don’t have access to the internet, how can I enter?
Answer: Unfortunately, the promotion is only available via the Smirnoff promotional website, and therefore access to the Internet is essential. There are many public facilities, such as libraries, which offer access to the Internet.
Question 21: What details will I need to enter?
Answer: To enter the promotion you need a promotional bottle with a bottle wrap or neck collar, a freezer, email address and internet access. Once the promotional bottle or neck collar have been frozen (at a min of -5 degrees) it will reveal an 8-digit code which is required to enter.
Winners will then be asked to fill in a claim form where they will be required to provide their first name, last name, email address, full address including postcode, mobile phone number and also upload a copy of their original itemised till receipt. The till receipt uploaded must pre-date and pre-time the online winning entry.
Question 22: When will I receive my prize?
Answer: After completion of the online form, the Promoters agency will contact the winner to verify the checks on the winning bottle wrap or neck collar along with the original itemised till receipt in order to verify the winning bottle or neck collar. The Promoter’s agent will organise secure collection of the promotional winning bottle or neck collar or provide a freepost address for further verification. Once the winning claim has been verified, the Promoter will contact the winner to congratulate them and arrange delivery of the prize. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of verification and will be sent to the address provided on the claim form.
Question 23: Can I change my prize?
Answer: No, the prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative will be offered.
Question 24: If a winner can I choose my Diamond?
Answer: No, if you have won, you will automatically be allocated a diamond up to the estimated retail value of £4,000.
Question 25: Can I gift my prize to someone else?
Answer: Unfortunately, you cannot gift your prize to someone else. The prize is non transferable.
Final Draw Questions
Question 26: What is a Final draw?
Answer: If a final draw is required due to not all diamonds being found all losing entries received online within the promotional period and complying with the terms and conditions will be entered into a final prize draw. Winners will be randomly selected by an independently verified computer system on 19th January 2022. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days and will have 7 days to claim their prize.
Question 27: How do I know if I win a diamond if there is a final draw?
Answer: Winners ONLY will be notified via a congratulatory email and will be asked to confirm acceptance of their prize by completing an online claim form to include their full name, address, postcode and mobile number. If a winner of the prize draw does not complete the online claim form within 7 days of being notified of their win they will foriet their prize.
Question 28: When will I receive my prize from the draw?
Answer: After completing the online form to claim your diamond the Promoter’s agency will contact the winner to congratulate them and arrange delivery of the prize. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of verification and will be sent to the address provided on the claim form.
